In a compelling call to action for India’s next generation of professionals, Microsoft India President Puneet Chandok has urged young people to actively engage with artificial intelligence tools, emphasizing that AI fluency is now a foundational skill for the future of work. Speaking in an interview on August 24, 2025, Chandok dismissed passive learning and theoretical exposure, advocating instead for immersive, hands-on experience with AI technologies to unlock their full potential.

Key Highlights From Chandok’s Message

Conclusion

Puneet Chandok’s message is clear: AI is not a spectator sport. For India’s youth, the path to future success lies in active engagement, experimentation, and continuous learning. As AI reshapes industries and job roles, fluency in these tools will be essential—not just for employment, but for leadership in a rapidly transforming world.
