In a landmark moment for integrative wellness, Ayurveda reformer Acharya Manish Ji has unveiled India’s first Pet-Yakrit-Pleeha Shuddhi Kit, a comprehensive detox protocol designed to cleanse the gut (pet), liver (yakrit), and spleen (pleeha). Launched in Lucknow on August 23, 2025, the kit marks a significant step in preventive healthcare, blending classical Ayurvedic wisdom with modern clinical insights to address the root causes of chronic lifestyle disorders.

The initiative is backed by the Ministry of AYUSH and forms part of Shuddhi Ayurveda’s expanding portfolio of targeted wellness solutions.

Core Purpose And Philosophy

The kit is designed to flush out accumulated toxins from the digestive tract, liver, and spleen, which are often linked to conditions such as fatty liver, gallbladder stones, indigestion, acidity, hormonal imbalance, and fatigue
Acharya Manish emphasized that detoxification is not a luxury but essential maintenance, especially in today’s environment of processed foods, pollution, and stress
The protocol is suitable not only for patients but for anyone seeking to restore internal balance and immunity

Formulation And Ingredients

The kit includes Pet Shuddhi Granules and Yakrit-Pleeha Shuddhi Shots, administered over a structured 28-day cycle
Key herbs include Kutki, Kalmegh, Giloy, Haritaki, Bhumiamla, and Amla, known for their anti-inflammatory, hepatoprotective, and digestive properties
The formulation is rooted in Ayurvedic texts and validated through modern phytochemical analysis

Usage Guidelines

Pet Shuddhi Granules are to be taken nightly with warm water, while Yakrit-Pleeha Shuddhi Shots are consumed every seventh day
On the day of the shot, granules are skipped to allow focused action on liver and spleen detoxification
Users are advised to follow a light, sattvic diet during the detox period and consult an Ayurvedic practitioner for personalized guidance

Health Benefits And Target Conditions

Improves digestion and relieves bloating, gas, acidity, and constipation
Supports liver regeneration and reduces fat accumulation in hepatic tissues
Enhances spleen function, which plays a key role in immunity and blood filtration
Alleviates fatigue, emotional stress, and poor nutrient absorption
Offers a natural solution for gallbladder stones and sluggish metabolism

Market Position And Expansion Strategy

The Pet-Yakrit-Pleeha Shuddhi Kit is positioned as the cornerstone of Shuddhi Ayurveda’s broader detox and disease-prevention ecosystem
It complements other kits such as BP Care, Diabetes Care, Depression and Anxiety Care, Liver Care, Kidney Care, Thyroid Care, and Immunity Care
The launch is expected to catalyze demand for structured Ayurvedic detox programs, especially among urban wellness seekers and naturopathy enthusiasts

Public Reception And Expert Endorsements

Early adopters have reported improved energy levels, digestive comfort, and mental clarity within two weeks of use
Ayurvedic experts have praised the kit for its simplicity, accessibility, and alignment with classical detox principles
The Ministry of AYUSH has endorsed the formulation, citing its potential to reduce dependency on synthetic medications for chronic conditions

Conclusion

The launch of India’s first Pet-Yakrit-Pleeha Shuddhi Kit by Acharya Manish Ji marks a transformative moment in the evolution of Ayurveda as a preventive health science. By addressing the gut-liver-spleen axis, the kit offers a holistic pathway to wellness that resonates with both tradition and modernity. As lifestyle disorders continue to rise, this integrative detox protocol stands out as a timely and impactful solution for restoring vitality and resilience.
