Code the Vibe: Bengaluru Startup Rides Silicon Valley’s New Buzzword Wave

Swarnadwip Nath Published Aug 30, 2025, 06:03 AM Updated Sep 18, 2026, 12:32 AM

As Silicon Valley embraces the buzzword “vibe coding,” a Bengaluru-based startup is making waves with a promise that could redefine how enterprise software is built. TableSprint, founded in 2024 by Abhijeet Kumar, Chirag Jadhav, and Naga Santosh Josula, is leveraging artificial intelligence to enable rapid, code-free app development—sometimes in under 10 minutes. With the rise of AI-powered development tools, TableSprint positions itself at the forefront of a movement that’s turning software creation into a conversational, intuitive experience.

Key Highlights

TableSprint enables enterprise-grade app development using natural language prompts

Apps can be prototyped in minutes, bypassing traditional six-month development cycles

Platform supports chat agents, dashboards, ticketing systems, and more

Co-founder Abhijeet Kumar previously built RainCan, later acquired by BigBasket

Vibe coding culture gaining traction among non-coders and developers alike

What Is Vibe Coding?

Coined by OpenAI co-founder Andrej Karpathy, “vibe coding” refers to a new paradigm where developers—or even non-developers—use AI tools to generate code based on natural language inputs. Instead of writing syntax-heavy scripts, users describe what they want, and AI translates those instructions into functional software.

Popular in Silicon Valley, especially among Y Combinator startups

Allows 10 engineers to do the work of 100, according to industry leaders

Reduces barriers to entry for software creation, democratizing development

TableSprint exemplifies this shift by offering a platform where users can build apps simply by typing in English. As Kumar puts it, “If you can write in English, you can code with vibe coding.”

TableSprint’s Platform and Capabilities

TableSprint is a subscription-based SaaS platform that uses AI to build production-ready apps and agents. It’s designed for businesses that need fast, scalable solutions without the overhead of traditional development.

Users can create dashboards, ticketing systems, and internal tools in minutes

Supports integration with legacy systems like Excel, Google Drive, and email

Offers chat-based interfaces and AI agents for customer support and internal operations

Eliminates the need for Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and long prototyping cycles

The platform is particularly useful for enterprises still reliant on outdated tools. Kumar observed that 60–70 percent of operations in banks and large firms still run on spreadsheets and manual workflows—areas ripe for AI disruption.

Founders and Vision

Abhijeet Kumar, an IIT Bombay graduate, brings deep experience in enterprise tech and forecasting. Before launching TableSprint, he built RainCan, a micro-delivery platform that scaled to over ₹800 crore in annual recurring revenue before being acquired by BigBasket.

Kumar’s background includes stints at Oracle and consulting roles in inventory management

His early work in time-series forecasting laid the foundation for AI-driven solutions

TableSprint reflects his belief that AI can solve real-world business inefficiencies

The startup’s mission is to make enterprise software development as easy as writing an email—accessible, fast, and scalable.

Market Impact and Future Outlook

TableSprint’s approach is already resonating with early adopters in India and abroad. The platform is being used to build internal tools, automate workflows, and create customer-facing apps without hiring large development teams.

Reduces cost and time-to-market for enterprise software

Encourages experimentation and rapid iteration

Opens up software creation to business analysts, operations managers, and non-tech founders

As vibe coding gains momentum globally, platforms like TableSprint could become essential infrastructure for the next generation of startups and enterprises.

Conclusion

TableSprint’s emergence amid the vibe coding revolution signals a tectonic shift in how software is conceived and built. By turning natural language into functional code, the Bengaluru startup is not just riding a trend—it’s shaping the future of enterprise technology. With AI at the helm and simplicity at its core, TableSprint is making software development feel less like engineering and more like expression.
