Coforge Expands Strategic Partnership With Pega for Enterprise AI

GREATER NOIDA — Global AI-native engineering services leader Coforge Limited (NSE: COFORGE) announced an expanded strategic partnership with enterprise AI software provider Pegasystems Inc. (NASDAQ: PEGA) on August 28, 2026, to accelerate enterprise artificial intelligence transformation. The enhanced commercial agreement grants Coforge the rights to build, package, brand, and deliver Pega-powered offerings directly under its own brand.

The development marks a significant shift in Coforge’s go-to-market approach, transitioning from software reselling to delivering full-stack, IP-backed industry solutions built on Pega's enterprise platform. The collaboration builds on a two-decade relationship between both companies, targeting complex legacy modernization and intelligent automation projects across core verticals including financial services, insurance, travel, and transportation.

Expanded Commercial Rights and Full-Stack Delivery Model

Under the expanded arrangement disclosed in regulatory filings with stock exchanges, Coforge will combine Pega’s workflow automation and AI-driven decisioning platform with its own consulting, engineering, and managed-services capabilities. The unified engagement framework is structured to streamline software procurement and reduce execution complexity for enterprise clients.

The partnership integrates Pega Blueprint™, an AI-powered tool designed to automate legacy business logic discovery and system modernization. By replacing multi-month discovery cycles with blueprint-driven workflows, the joint platform allows global enterprises to modernize legacy infrastructure while mitigating technical debt.

Key structural elements of the expanded partnership include:

• Commercial Branding Rights: Coforge gains authorization to build, package, brand, and deliver customized enterprise solutions powered by Pega technology.

• IP-Backed Vertical Solutions: Creation of repeatable, sector-specific applications tailored for banking, financial services, insurance (BFSI), travel, and transportation clients.

• Accelerated Legacy Modernization: Deployment of Pega Blueprint™ to automate legacy business logic extraction and compress project timelines.

• Streamlined Procurement: Integrated commercial and delivery models combining software licensing, consulting, implementation, and ongoing managed services.

Impact on Enterprises, Investors, and Technology Clients

The strategic expansion between Coforge and Pegasystems carries direct operational implications for enterprise clients and capital market stakeholders:

• For Enterprise Clients: Businesses can access unified software and implementation contracts, cutting execution friction and speeding time-to-value for enterprise AI deployments.

• For Corporate IT Departments: Automated logic discovery tools help IT organizations reduce technical debt and accelerate legacy system modernization without disrupting ongoing business operations.

• For Technology Investors: Expanding from traditional IT reselling to proprietary, IP-backed solution delivery strengthens long-term margin profiles and net-new revenue opportunities for Coforge.
