Key Highlights on Kriti Sanon’s Latest Real Estate Investment

Bollywood actress Kriti Sanon has acquired a stunning sea-facing luxury duplex penthouse in Mumbai’s upscale Pali Hill locality of Bandra West for over Rs 78.20 crore, marking one of the most high-profile residential transactions in the city’s suburbs.

The lavish property spans approximately 6,636 sq ft across the 14th and 15th floors of the Supreme Prana residential tower, offering a blend of expansive indoor space with panoramic Arabian Sea views.

In addition to the grand interiors, Kriti has exclusive rights to an open terrace of about 1,209 sq ft on the top floor, perfect for private outdoor leisure and events.

The property deal is valued at an impressive rate of around Rs 1.18 lakh per sq ft, underscoring the premium quality and location of the penthouse.

Kriti Sanon and her mother are joint owners of the property, which comes with exclusive access to six car parking slots within the building’s secure premises.

The transaction included a stamp duty payment of Rs 3.91 crore, reflecting a 1% concession provided by the Maharashtra government for female homebuyers, along with other related taxes and charges, taking the total payment to over Rs 84.16 crore.

The property registration was completed in August 2025, adding to Kriti’s growing portfolio of luxury real estate assets in and around Mumbai.

The Location and Prestige of Pali Hill

Pali Hill in Bandra West is one of Mumbai’s most sought-after residential addresses, famed for its lush greenery, sea vistas, and exclusivity. It is a preferred location for Bollywood celebrities, top industrialists, and influential personalities. The area combines serene ambiance with proximity to the city’s vibrant social and commercial hubs.

Notable residents in Pali Hill include Bollywood A-listers like Aamir Khan, Shah Rukh Khan, Sanjay Dutt, and others. The neighborhood has a unique charm, balancing privacy with prestigious community living, making it a prized spot for luxury homeowners like Kriti Sanon.

Details of the Penthouse and Amenities

The duplex penthouse occupies the entire 14th and 15th floors of the Supreme Prana tower, an under-construction high-end development known for its premium lifestyle offerings.

Total covered carpet area is 6,636 sq ft, accompanied by the open terrace space of 1,209 sq ft, providing ample banquet and recreational areas with sweeping Arabian Sea views.

The penthouse features high-end construction, bespoke interiors, and state-of-the-art fittings tailored to the tastes and lifestyle of premium clientele.

Exclusive parking for six vehicles adds an unparalleled convenience factor, vital in a densely populated city like Mumbai.

Supreme Prana is strategically located for easy access to major city landmarks, luxury retail zones, and Mumbai’s international airport.

Kriti Sanon’s Expanding Real Estate Profile

This Mumbai penthouse purchase is one of Kriti’s latest acquisitions following her earlier real estate investments—including a 2,000 sq ft plot in Alibaug purchased in 2023, known as a favorite weekend retreat spot for many celebrities. She had also bought a Rs 35 crore 4-BHK apartment in Bandra West in 2024, cementing her preference for luxury properties in prime locations.

Kriti’s investment decisions reflect a dual approach—curating luxurious personal spaces for residence combined with lucrative real estate assets that appreciate steadily in value. Her portfolio exemplifies a broader trend among India’s film and business elite to diversify wealth into prime urban and resort real estate.

Beyond Real Estate: Kriti’s Entrepreneurial and Cinematic Ventures

Apart from her thriving acting career, Kriti Sanon co-owns the skincare brand Hyphen and co-founded The Tribe, a fitness-focused wellness initiative. She continues to be a notable presence in Bollywood with upcoming projects like the film Tere Ishk Mein alongside Dhanush, slated for release in November 2025.

Her recent property acquisitions underline her growing stature not only as an actress but also as a sophisticated investor mindful of lifestyle and financial security.

In Summary

Kriti Sanon’s acquisition of the Rs 78 crore sea-facing duplex penthouse in Mumbai’s prestigious Pali Hill neighborhood demonstrates her sharp eye for luxurious living and asset growth. Spanning over 6,600 sq ft with exclusive amenities and spectacular views, the penthouse adds to her expanding upscale real estate portfolio. This move resonates with the larger pattern of elite Bollywood personalities investing heavily in Mumbai’s high-end properties, blending lifestyle aspirations with strategic wealth building.

As Mumbai’s real estate climate remains dynamic, Kriti’s purchase highlights the ongoing demand for ultra-premium residential spaces offering privacy, exclusivity, and unbeatable location advantages.
