GPU Gold Rush: E2E Networks Mines ₹880.2 Million in AI Compute Orders

Swarnadwip Nath Published Aug 26, 2025, 04:45 PM Updated Sep 16, 2026, 08:48 PM

In a landmark development for India’s AI infrastructure, E2E Networks Ltd, the country’s leading AI-first cloud hyperscaler, has announced the receipt of a substantial order valued at ₹880.2 million for GPU resource allocation. This order marks a significant milestone in the company&r...

The order, placed by an undisclosed enterprise client, is aimed at powering large-scale machine learning (ML), generative AI, and data analytics workloads. With this allocation, E2E Networks will deploy a mix of NVIDIA H100 and A100 Tensor Core GPUs, known for their cutting-edge performance in training and inference tasks.

“This order validates our strategic investments in GPU infrastructure and our commitment to supporting India’s AI ecosystem,” said Tarun Dua, Co-Founder and Managing Director of E2E Networks. “We are proud to be the preferred partner for enterprises seeking scalable, cost-effective, and secure AI compute.”

Why This Matters

The ₹880.2 crore order comes at a time when demand for GPU-as-a-Service (GPUaaS) is skyrocketing. With generative AI applications—from LLMs to image synthesis—requiring massive compute power, organizations are increasingly turning to cloud-native GPU providers like E2E for flexible and affordable solutions.

E2E Networks has emerged as a homegrown alternative to global hyperscalers like AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud, offering tailored services for Indian enterprises, startups, and research institutions. Its pricing model—up to 60% cheaper than traditional cloud providers—has made it a go-to choice for AI innovators across sectors.

Scaling Up: Infrastructure and Innovation

E2E currently operates two major data centers in Delhi NCR and Chennai, housing over 600 GPUs. The company recently announced the deployment of India’s largest NVIDIA H200 GPU clusters, with over 1,024 units per location. This expansion is part of E2E’s broader strategy to build a national AI compute backbone.

The ₹880.2 million order will be fulfilled using a combination of existing capacity and newly provisioned nodes, ensuring low-latency access, high throughput, and enterprise-grade security. The company’s proprietary low-code AI development platform, TIR, will also be integrated to streamline model deployment and monitoring.

“We’re not just selling GPU cycles—we’re enabling innovation,” said Dua. “From fintech to healthcare, our clients are building the future on E2E Cloud.”

Market Impact and Strategic Positioning

This deal is expected to significantly boost E2E’s revenue for FY2025–26 and reinforce its position as a leader in India’s GPUaaS market. The company was recently recognized as a “Progressive” player by MarketsandMarkets’ 360Quadrants platform, citing its robust product portfolio and strategic collaborations.

E2E’s recent capital raise of ₹420.51 crore through a preferential issuehas further strengthened its balance sheet, enabling aggressive infrastructure expansion and R&D investment. The company is also MeitY-empaneled, ensuring compliance with government standards for cloud services.

Competitive Landscape

While global giants dominate the cloud market, E2E’s India-first approach, transparent pricing, and customer-centric design have carved out a niche. Its platform is optimized for AI/ML workloads, offering:

Single-parameter billing (vs. multi-layered pricing by competitors)
Dedicated GPU instances with customizable configurations
24/7 support and onboarding assistance for developers and enterprises

E2E’s clientele includes 10–15% of India’s startup unicorns, many of whom rely on its infrastructure for training large-scale models.

The Road Ahead

With this new order, E2E Networks is poised to play a pivotal role in India’s digital transformation. The company plans to further diversify its GPU sources, exploring options from Intel and AMD, and expand its footprint to Tier 2 cities to support regional innovation hubs.

As AI adoption accelerates across industries—from autonomous vehicles to personalized medicine—E2E’s scalable GPU infrastructure will be critical in powering the next wave of breakthroughs.

“India is no longer just a consumer of AI—we’re becoming a creator,” said Dua. “And E2E is proud to be the engine behind that shift.”
