Blue Dart Express Limited has launched an innovative Digital Account Opening (DAO) platform that enables businesses to open accounts and start shipping within just 10 minutes. This seamless, five-step digital onboarding process empowers MSMEs, e-commerce sellers, and enterprises with faster, smarter logistics solutions.

Blue Dart Express Ltd, South Asia’s premier express air and integrated logistics company, has unveiled its Instant Digital Account Opening platform to transform business onboarding for logistics services. The new platform drastically reduces account setup time from days to mere minutes, enhancing ease of access and operational efficiency for businesses of all scales.

The Digital Account Opening (DAO) journey comprises a smooth five-stage process: profile creation, plan selection, KYC verification, Aadhaar-enabled digital agreement signing, and prepaid card recharge. Upon completing these steps, customers gain immediate access to shipping services via a Digital Prepaid Card, facilitating instant shipments.

To further enrich the customer experience, the DAO platform grants early access to Blue Dart’s customer dashboard, enabling users to manage shipping tools and services conveniently. Users can opt for three pre-defined shipping plans or customize plans tailored specifically to their business needs, fostering flexibility and control.

Dipanjan Banerjee, Chief Commercial Officer of Blue Dart Express, emphasized the launch’s significance: “By reducing onboarding time from days to minutes, we empower MSMEs, e-commerce sellers, and growing enterprises to ship faster and more seamlessly. This innovation reflects our commitment to digital transformation, customer-centricity, and future-ready logistics solutions.”

Blue Dart’s DAO platform extends its wide-reaching logistics expertise across over 56,400 locations in India and connects to more than 220 countries globally, reinforcing its leadership in the logistics industry through technology-driven innovations.

The platform is accessible directly on Blue Dart’s official website under the ‘Open Your Account’ section, and successful sign-ups receive a digital welcome kit, reinforcing transparency and customer engagement.
